At akēsis, we have a very clear vision; to satisfy our customer's healthcare needs, helping them achieve an active life. This means that one of our core values, superior customer service, always guides our decision making. We believe that our customer-centric vision will result in more satisfied customers.
Our passion for creating a great customer service organization requires hard work, persistence and integrity. Our goal is to consistently exceed our customer's expectations; we always have more to learn and we can always do better.
Dr. Chris Franklin Dr. Aaron Hammons
Our customer-centric approach means that we don't do conventional chiropractic care. For example, our doctors not demand endless "maintenance" care; do not x-ray every patient; do not require that you take truck loads of supplements; and, treatments are longer than 2-3 minutes. Your treatment will be for 20 minutes!
What Dr. Chris and Dr. Aaron do is treat musculoskeletal pain and injury (sprains, strains, aches and pains) using the most effective care possible. We believe that our patients are better served by bringing their healthcare concerns to a trusted provider with a deep understanding and passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions. Our doctors are certified in the leading soft tissue therapies, and that training will continue throughout their career. This has nothing to do with high patient volume, billing for unnecessary services or increasing the bottom line. It's about building trust with people.
